• Booking Confirmation:
  A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of:
  • 30% of the total land package cost, and
  • 100% of the airfare cost (if applicable).
• Balance Payment:
  The remaining 100% balance payment must be cleared at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
• Non-Payment & Auto Cancellation:
  In the event that the full tour cost is not received 30 days prior to departure, the booking shall be automatically cancelled without any further notice, and no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
• Non-Refundable Booking Amount:
  The booking amount is strictly non-refundable in all cases, irrespective of the reason for cancellation, including voluntary cancellation by the client or any other circumstances.
• General Conditions:
  • All payments must be made through approved payment modes as specified by the company.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-compliance with the payment schedule.
  • Any revisions in pricing due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or third-party costs shall be borne by the client.

Flight Calculated Rs. Actual Cost at the Time of Booking Flight Ticket per person .Airline ticket pricing is dynamic. Fares are valid as of now and might change at the time of issuance.

• 150 Days or More Before Departure: 90% of Land Package 
• 150 - 120 Days Before Departure: 50% of Land Package
• 120 - 60 Days Before Departure: 35% of Land Package
• 60 - 30 Days Before Departure: 25% of Land Package
• 30 - 0 Days Before Departure: No Refund

• Refund for airfare and train tickets shall be strictly as per the policy of the respective Airline / IRCTC.
• Any cancellation charges imposed by airlines or railways will be borne by the client.

• In the event of cancellation of the tour by the client for any reason whatsoever, credit note will be Provided  and , no ash refund, or bank transfer shall be provided under any circumstances.

• In case the tour is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to visa rejection, war, natural calamities, airline cancellation, government restrictions, or any force majeure events, the following terms shall apply:
• A 10% administrative charge will be deducted from the total tour cost.
• The remaining eligible refund, if any, shall be processed after such deduction.

• All applicable refunds shall be processed within a minimum of 25 working days and may take up to 90 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.
• The timeline may vary depending on third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and ground service providers.

• Refunds are subject to receipt of funds from respective service providers.
• The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.

• Given rates are tentative. If may decrease/increase at the time of confirmation.
