Booking Confirmation: All transfers must be booked in advance with complete flight and hotel details to ensure smooth service.

Pickup Time: Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Waiting Time:

• For airport pickups: A complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the flight landing time is provided.

• For hotel pickups: A waiting time of 15 minutes is allowed. Extra charges may apply beyond this limit.

Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed 1 standard-size bag and 1 hand luggage. Extra luggage or oversized items may require prior intimation and additional charges.

No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the service will be considered availed and no refund will be provided.

Amendments: Changes to booking details (like pickup time or location) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

Child Policy: Children must be accompanied by adults. Child seats are available on request at an additional cost (subject to availability).

Conduct: Passengers are expected to maintain decorum during the transfer. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

Night Surcharge: A surcharge may apply for transfers between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
